The PC-based Coming Home Medical Organizer CD version gives you the ability to keep your medical information easily stored on your home computer. As you fill out the form simply hit the save button and your information is stored.

I would recommend you also print off a copy of your completed forms and organize them into your own 3 ring binder. Continue to add your health information and update as needed. This will ensure that you have the most current and up-to-date information.
